Special Meeting of Shareholders
September 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time).
The Corporation is conducting the Meeting in a virtual-only format that will allow Registered Holders and duly appointed proxyholders to participate online and in real time through the live audio webcast. The Corporation is providing the virtual-only format in order to provide all Shareholders with an equal opportunity to attend and participate at the Meeting, regardless of their geographic location and circumstances.
